DENVER -- On Wednesday, Rep. Doug Lamborn paid tribute to the life of former Colorado Springs resident and employee of Compassion International, David Hames, in a speech given on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives.
Hames' body was found last month buried in the rubble of the destroyed Hotel Montana in the aftermath of the Haiti earthquake.
Lamborn represents Colorado Springs and Canon City in the state's 5th Congressional District.
