CONIFER, COLO. (AP) -- Several dogs have died in a kennel fire in rural Jefferson County.
The fire early Monday claimed five or six pups at a Conifer business called Pampered Pets. \
No people were injured in the fire.
The kennel was in a former home that had been converted to a business. T
here was no immediate word on the fire's cause.
