Police arrest 2 for distribution of narcotics

COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Police were called to the Express Inn at 725 W. Cimarron St. early Sunday in response to a trespassing call which turned into the arrest of two people for distribution of narcotics.

Colorado Springs Police Department detectives obtained a search warrant and seized narcotics to included methamphetamine, cocaine, psilocybin mushrooms, and schedule III and IV pharmaceuticals.

Two individuals were arrested. Their names have not been made public.
