COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- * Lots of art events taking place in the pikes peak region. The Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center (FAC) presents "Bold,” a series of panoramic photographs taken by Peruvian artist Diego Lama. Lama himself describes the series as a testimony about the cultural politics in Peru. FAC is open from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. The exhibit runs through December 6.
* The Business of Arts Center in Manitou Springs concludes its month of silent auction exhibits with the big Auction Connection event. It's from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the center located at 513 Manitou Ave. Auction items include donated works by prominent area artists and the international visionary, Christo.
