COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Colorado Springs police are investigating a shooting on the city's southeast side. It happened Friday at the Pinons Apartments at 3611 Airport Road just after 5 a.m.
According to police, an 38-year-old man was shot in the arm and chest when an unknown suspect fired at him at least 13 times, both inside the apartment building and in the parking lot.
The victim's name has not been released.
Police say his injuries are not considered to be life-threatening. No one else was injured in the shooting.
