BLACK HAWK, Colo. (AP) -- Smoking is still being allowed in at least one of Colorado's mountain casinos because it claims to be a cigar bar.

Gamblers are still lighting up in the Wild Card Casino in Black Hawk and police have been told not to issue citations because of the cigar bar exemption. The state law banning smoking in most public places was expanded to include casinos Tuesday but the law still allows smoking in cigar bars and the smoking lounges at Denver International Airport.

Gina Miller, a Wild Card manager, says the owner has always operated a store in the casino that sells tobacco products, including cigars and cigarettes.
