COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- In celebration of its 85th year of working with the Colorado Springs community, the Junior League of Colorado Springs rolled out its newest cookbook, "A Peak at the Springs"
Courtney Arnstein, a volunteer with the Junior League, stopped by the FOX21 Morning News and showed off some of the dishes she whipped straight from recipes in the book. (Check out the fruitful harvest pumpkin dish that's cooked right in the pumpkin!)
"A Peak at the Springs" contains nearly 120 favorite recipes from Junior League members and local chefs. It retails for $26.95 and a portion of the money stays with the Colorado Springs Junior League chapter to help in their community support efforts.
