FOX21 Morning News anchor Mike Brookbank meets in the Friday, Aug. 15, "Modern Medicine" segment with award-winning author Jeffrey Armstrong, Tantra Master, to talk about relationships. Armstrong says the stress of life is one of the highest contributing factors that negatively affect relationships.

Armstrong calls himself a "reverse Deepak Chopra." He discusses that if the "tension is right, it works. If it's wrong, it doesn't." He incorporates Eastern philosophy into his Western teachings.

Armstrong gives seminars through the Colorado EcoSpiritual Center, 2502 W. Colorado Ave., Ste. 307, Colorado Springs. Phone is 719-332-9788.
