FOX21 News reporter Craig Coffey met with a local family who chose to adopt a child. In this case, it was an "open adoption" which includes the birth mother, while Lenora and Chuck Simmons were the parents who raised the baby. Here in Part 2, the Simmons tell the story. In Part 1, birth mother Laura told hers.
