GREELEY, Colo. (AP) -- A review prompted by sexual-misconduct allegations against a former University of Northern Colorado theater professor found instances of alleged sexual relationships and marijuana use involving students and  faculty.

But the review of the theater department concluded that such misconduct wasn't rampant.

The university commissioned the review after then-professor Raymond Vance Fulkerson was charged with sexual misconduct. Authorities allege he secretly videotaped visitors in his bathroom. Fulkerson's lawyer says a plea deal may be in the works.

The review found at least three instances since the early 1990s in which professors may have had sexual relationships with students and two occasions when faculty members allegedly used marijuana when students were present.
