Retail Sales Executive

Interactive Marketing Manager
KXRM/KXTU-TV Colorado Springs, CO
Direct Manager: VP, Interactive Sales, Barrington Broadcasting (dotted line to KXRM/KXTU General Sales Manager)
Qualifications: Experience in media sales and/or marketing (e.g. TV, radio, interactive). Experience in direct selling to local business, phone sales important. Strong computer, communication and presentation skills. Must be organized with good leadership skills, a self-starter and have a burning desire to succeed. College degree preferred.
Duties: Sell Internet, multi-platform and local search packages to local business owners. Provide existing clients with ongoing service and support. Achieve and exceed established sales budgets. Report to VP, Interactive on weekly sales activity and presentations made. You should have a minimum of 10 face-to-face sales calls per week and show effective telemarketing skills. Take leadership role in the day-to-day operation of the sales effort for all interactive and multi-platform sales. Roll out all interactive proposals and projects to the sales staff in our sales meetings. Facilitate training for the local sales staff for all internet and multi-platform projects. Coordinate rate card and production fees for all internet elements. Responsible for an individual monthly revenue budget. Monitor competitive web-sites consistently for sales opportunities.

FOX21 News is seeking an Editor/Photographer. The ideal candidate will work well under deadline pressure and love the concept of teamwork. At least 2 years experience working at a broadcast television station preferred. Familiarity with I-News, AVID Newscutter and Ross automated system is certainly a plus. EOE
